The 2021–22 Moldovan "B" Division (Romanian: Divizia B) was the 31st season of Moldovan football's third-tier league. The season started on 14 August 2021 and ended on 28 May 2022. The league consisted of two regional groups, Nord (North) and Sud (South).

1. Steaua Telenești withdrew from the league after round 7 and their results were annulled.

  5. ^ Slobozia Mare received a 0–3 technical loss in a home game against Stăuceni due to violation of regulations. The original match ended in a 2–0 victory for Stăuceni.
