Carl Von Epps Jr. is a pastor and former politician in the U.S. state of Georgia. A Democrat, he has lived in LaGrange.
He graduated from Morehouse College. First elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 1992, served 10 terms, and retired from office after 22 years.
He chaired the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus from 2000 to 2004.
