Little House on the Prairie is an upcoming television series adapted from the book series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. The series was commissioned by Netflix in January 2025.

Production

The series is produced by Trip Friendly for Friendly Family Productions and adapted from the book series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. A previous series of the same name, which ran for over 200 episodes on NBC between 1974 and 1983, was produced by his father, Ed Friendly. The series, commissioned by Netflix in January 2025, has Rebecca Sonnenshine as showrunner.
