Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It is of a non-free software, so a free equivalent cannot exist.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This is to be the only image used for visual identification of the software, to replace the existing image ActiveReports6_External_Style_Sheets.png. ActiveReports is the only article in which it will be used.
