Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This picture will be used as accompaniment for the text surrounding the release and tour of the album "Dynamo" by Soda Stereo. It may serve to provide understanding to the reader about the historical context and the aesthetic designs behind the tour and its respective performances.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	There is currently no free media on Wikipedia or Wikimedia that illustrates the release of the album, or its tour, or that can be used in this photo's stead for the mentioned article. The band has since disbanded, and its lead singer deceased, so taking a new picture with these historical components would be impossible.
