Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The website of the Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie archives which holds the image (a gift from the subject) is not selling the image or rights to it. I have not seen this image anywhere else.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 1974
