NH727B connects Fazilnagar, Tamkuhi, Bhingari, Bhatpar Rani, Salempur, Esharou, Bhagalpur, Ubhaon, Sikandrapur, Baheri, Sukhpura, Hanumanganj and Ballia in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
