Incitement to ethnic or racial hatred
For some reason an IP changed the target of this redirect from Racism to Incitement to ethnic or racial hatred, whose article describes it as a crime. Racism is a better target for this term, in my opinion, so I am going to change it back to Racism and i will watch this page for any discussion on why this should redirect to Incitement to ethnic or racial hatred.
