Tournay (French pronunciation: [tuʁnaj] ⓘ; Gascon: Tornai) is a commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées department, southwestern France. Tournay station has rail connections to Toulouse, Tarbes and Pau.

Tournay has an oceanic climate (Köppen climate classification Cfb). The average annual temperature in Tournay is 12.9 °C (55.2 °F).
