Pablo Gimenez Riili
Pablo Gimenez Riili was born and raised in Mendoza Argentina. He was involved in wine production through his family’s business. After a career in law and real estate, he opened Gimenez Riili winery with two of his brothers.
In 2004, he met Michael Evans and began working with him to form a new winemaking enterprise in the region called The Vines of Mendoza. Riili,Evans, and investors purchased 650 acres of land in the Uco Valley, and created The Vines of Mendoza’s Private Vineyard Estates.
Soon after, Riili and Evans also established The Vines of Mendoza Tasting Room, Acequia Wine Club, and The Vines Online Wine Store.
