Winds of Change Consulting is a Canadian business coaching and consulting firm in the Metro Vancouver region of British Columbia. Its roster of services include Life Coaching and Leadership Development.The company operates under Winds of Change Inc., which is owned by Jivi Khera, a noteable alumni of Royal Roads University.

Winds of Change claims to be one of the first companies outside India offering pre marital coaching services tailored to non resident Indians, or Indians living outside India. Founder Jivi Khehra also hosts Winds of Change TV, which is entering its second season on KVOS in Vancouver.The show aims to help individuals cope with troubling life disruptions by exploring new age healing methods.

Besides airing a weekly TV show, the company plans to launch an online magazine in the fall of 2010.
