Roy Dawson
Roy Dawson(born Ronald Lynn Peterson on December 6, 1973, in Princeton, Minnesota) is an American country music singer, known for founding and performing in the Minneapolis based cover band Roy Dawson & the Bootleggers. This band has blended honky tonk and mainstream country sounds in Minnesota bars and clubs since 2007 and was recognized by local Clear Channel radio station K102 by winning a battle of the bands contest. This allowed them to play at the Xcel Energy Center, following the World's Toughest Rodeo.
