Billy Pangs new article content ... Billy Pangs (1958-) is an American writer, based in Philadelphia. He has been a renown inspirational speaker for over 20 years, which has resulted in a large fan base mainly in United States. Pangs is widely quoted, though mainly in written works by other authors, not so much through social medias. He lives right outside Philadelphia with has wife and six children.
