- Speedy delete. The history of water management and water rights in Colorado is probably a topic worth of inclusion under some name (and, frankly, might be around here somewhere -- I didn't look). But the real problem here is that this article is a copyright violation of the cited source, lifting the text of the entries verbatim from the timeline appearing on the referenced pages.
