Amankwaa seems notable mostly for having signed the artist "Strongman" to his record label, but there is not evidence that Strongman is notable, nor is notability inherited. Amankwaa appears to get some coverage in the lesser entertainment blogs of Ghana for his statements, but I don't see any real sign of significant coverage.
