Delete - Fails WP:NFOOTY as has not played senior international football nor played in a fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements. Death, however unfortunate is not relevant per WP:ONEEVENT and WP:NOTAMEMORIAL.
