Merge and redirect to Tucker Carlson. In future it might have the notability for an article but I don't think it does at the moment. The coverage is either the launch announcement, or mentioned as part of his Vladimir Putin Interview. It's worth merging to Tucker Carlson in my opinion but is too soon for it's own article.
