Nominator's rationale: delete per WP:OCAWARD, per WP:NONDEF, per previous discussion and many discussions before. People in these categories are notable for being politician, military, scientist, artist etc. while the award is by no means a defining characteristic in itself.   • I guess the exception rule exists for the reason that, in a large overall scheme, editors can blindly count on the fact that the category exists for every country. In this case, with so many countries with zero articles, editors should not count on the existance for every country anyway. Marcocapelle (talk) 19:49, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge but alos to a Fooian people category in each case.

  • Upmerge all not clear that all these folks were mediums as an occupation (any more than criminal categories we don't really see as occupational categories), I perused a few and one seemed to be more of a politician and occult writer and nothing about charging for mediuming (if that's a word).
