However, on clicking the "this category's entry" link, it brought me to a page where it was almost impossible to view the nomination. @Oculi: has now made his addendum above more visible. So when I clicked the 170 categories, I eventually saw the detailed proposal. Is is procedurally acceptable for a nomination detail to remain entirely off-page on a talk page? Is that fair?     The collapsed list is the accepted norm. One would notice such a structure. It is quite unlikely that one would notice a link in a rather large wall of text. What makes this procedural lapse all the more egregious was the supercilious replies by the nominator to a GoodFaith query on his talk page here.
