There appear to be several SPAs at Eladio E. Gonzales, Jr, removing tags in an effort to keep the article without sources. The 3 Drey accounts are obviously the same user given their edits to Draft:Joy Ongcachuy as well as the other accounts and this upload to commons, plus the shared name Andrei/drei/drey. User likes to edit biography articles about Filipino and British subjects, giving them orders (OBE, MBE, etc.) they usually haven't actually received and setting their honorifics (e.g., "His Excellency"), always with neither edit summary nor source. Sometimes changes subject names and images. Latest development (at least one I've not noticed before) is the upgrading of articles though the simple, silent addition of {Good article} templates. IPs invariably resolve to ISP in the Philippines. A few examples:

Similar to my report from 31 July 2020: these editors are adding orders and honorifics (e.g., "His Excellency") to Filipinos and others, and manually adding good article templates to articles which aren't GAs, always without edit summary.

In a strange case of weirdness, user 111.125.111.114 added an unblock request, twice to their Talk, although they don't appear to have been actually blocked as an IP (see this and this response from admins). Which blocked user the IP hoped to unblock is unclear.

Not all of the provided diffs show blockable or even problematic behavior in themselves. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to see that most of the OBEs and MBEs were mentioned and sourced in the respective article, so many of these edits are probably fine and even helpful. It's the weird, totally unsourced, entirely unexplained edits like "Her Excellency" for the governor of Michigan that get me, moreover because I believe these edits to come from a multiply blocked user.

The IP is, as before, from the Philippines. Not all the IPs from my last report were blocked immediately, so it's not clear to me whether I made the connection sufficiently clear. This IP user has a very similar edit pattern to User:Jamesvictors, which was banned as a sock of puppeteer Andrei080610, in that both editors share the same activity of adding honorific prefixes in articles mostly about politicians of different nationalities.   • This case is being reviewed by Blablubbs as part of the clerk training process. This is the second time I've been added to an SPI. A CU will show that I'm not related to or associated with these, but please let me know what I can do to help this process along. I'm trying to learn as I go here, and am trying to make good faith edits, but I don't want to constantly worry because of one edit here and there that somebody flags.
