Per WP:DUCK. This is either sockpuppetry or a highly coordinated case of WP:MEAT, the three account are essentially taking turns trying to publish what appears to be an autobio (Bimal Acharya, Draft:Bimal Acharya & Draft:Bimal Acharya1) and then two related pages (Gopal Chandra Budhathok, Draft:Gopal Chandra Budhathoki, Draft:Gopal Chandra Budhathoki1 & on the 2022 Mechinagar municipal election. • Bimal, 2022 Mechinagar..., and the name that Google Translate says is Nepali for "Gopal Chandra Budhathoki" are all confirmed to one another. Moved to Anup Rajbanshi since they created the Bimal account. I'd normally slap the master with a week's block for socking, but there's enough NOTHERE that I'm just indeffing the lot.  Blocked without tags, closing. IP *:617c added image File:Chairman of Barhadashi Rural Municipality.jpg to an article. Image had been uploaded a day before to Commons by a user named Khadga Prasad Rajbanshi. Adding another IP (usual range, blanked Draft:Gopal Chandra Budhathoki) and a user as the IP edited the user's sandbox. Also the user writes about Gopal Chandra Budhathokiwho in their sandbox, and makes other edits related to Nepali mayors. The end result being that the articles are technically ineligible for the WP:G5 deletion that they sure as hell deserve.
